- August 22: Hair and make-up trial at Cloud Nine Salon.
- Early September: 1-month-out meeting with ATrendy planners.
- September 19: Final guest count to caterer.
- September 21: Deposit due to caterer.
- September 25: Final Guest count to cake maker.
- September 26: Final deposit due to cake maker.
